Tiaki Education was established to deliver quality health and fitness education packages. We welcome individuals looking to further their fitness qualifications within a growing industry focused on meeting people’s needs, through developing one’s mind, body and soul.
You could be someone who wants to understand their body and take their personal practice to a whole new level or just add an extra skill set to your existing fitness or personal training qualifications. Alternatively you might be somebody looking for a complete sea change and like the idea of becoming a teacher trainer who can teach a wide range of health and fitness modalities to others.

The history and method of the Tiaki methodology can be found in the understanding and sensitivity needed in the world of rehabilitation. With the passion and desire in determining the traditional practices that are still relevant today, combined with the latest in sports science research, our courses are on the forefront of what is best at developing the mind and body within the health and wellbeing industry.

Increased Life Value
From time to time in everyone’s life we go through major changes. This can be through relationships, this can also be through careers. Where possible my goals are to try and make these changes to be something that increases the value of my life.
As someone who has been in the corporate world and has had ownership in small business, I’m totally inspired with the vision I have within Tiaki. Being an instructor of exercise modalities and part of Tiaki management, I am endeavoring to become an owner of a Tiaki health studio.
