Tiaki Pilates & Yoga - Win a Membership Promotion terms and conditions

1. Conditions of entry:
  a. Entrants must be 18 years of age.
  b. Entrants must be an Australian Permanent Resident, or be in Australia for at least 3 months after the prize draw (in order to use the prize).
  c. Entrants must give current and truthful information when entering the draw.
  d. If an entrant has been entered into the draw by a 3rd party or acquaintance without their consent they are still liable to receive the prize and will be under all the normal terms and conditions of the competition.
  e. Entrants must be fit and able to use the prize during the time that the prize is valid.
  i. If the entrant is not fit and healthy, in order to make use of the prize, then they are not entitled to enter the competition.
  j. Only entries entered into tiaki promotional boxes will be accepted for entry.
2. Entry closing date
  a. Entries will be admitted until 5pm 27 October 2009.
  b. Entries which have been entered after this time can qualify for the next round (if any).
3. Prize detail and value
  a. The prize is for a 3 month club membership valued at AU$710.00.
  b. The prize is not transferrable and cannot be sold.
  c. The prize will enable the winner to use Pilates, Yoga and Dance facilities for the period of 6 calendar months.
  d. The winner will be informed as to the dates which the prize will be valid when they collect their prize.
4. Time and Place of Prize Draw
  a. The winner will be drawn on the 28 October 2009 at 1pm AEST.
  b. The place of the draw will be Tiaki Pilates & Yoga Broadway: Level 3, 255 Broadway Rd. Broadway NSW.
5. How the prize will be awarded
  a. The prize will be awarded via the Tiaki Pilates & Yoga Broadway studio as a normal 3 month membership.
6. Claiming the prize
  a. The winner will need to claim their prize from the Tiaki Pilates & Yoga Broadway studio: Level 3, 255 Broadway Rd. Broadway NSW.
  b. The winner will not be required to be in attendance while the prize is being drawn.
7. Prize winner Notification
  a. The prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone call.
  b. If the prize winner does not claim their prize inside 3 calendar months after the draw then Tiaki reserves the right to cancel the prize, or draw another winner (the choice would be in accordance with the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing).
8. Results of the lottery will be published at the discretion of Tiaki management, be it on local newspapers or on the tiaki.com.au website.

10. Tiaki retains the right to keep entries for up to 3 months after the date of which the winner is determined.
  a. Tiaki may be required to keep entries for a further 3 months if the determination of a new winner is required.
11. Privacy
  a. The information given by competition entrants becomes the property of Tiaki and may be shared with 3rd party�s for promotional purposes. By 3rd Party�s it is meant any company or entity that is not part of the Tiaki Group of Companies.
  b. Tiaki reserves the right to collect information from entries in order to make sales calls and forward information for the purpose of other or future promotions.
