

Tiaki Zumba® Dance Classes
Tiaki Health Studios have introduced "Zumba® at Tiaki" so our valued members have even more options in their weekly exercise routine. Not only is this dance craze so much fun, but it also has the added benefits of weight loss, building strength, increase fitness and enjoy your body in a whole new way!
We encourage our members to enjoy their bodies with the knowledge of knowing they can condition themselves in a way that minimises risk while exercising.
This concern
has been highlighted by seeing people driving head first into a dance studio,
not knowing or understanding the movements that can risk injury. Tiaki's
philosophy is to enjoy the dance, with the ability to sustain the movements as
long as possible? In doing so members can improve weight loss
and toning of their bodies, thereby creating the look and feels which so many
strive for!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and
resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning
fat. Add some Latin flavour and
international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
So Tiaki invites its friends and families to come and enjoy a one week trial – experience the results of Zumba® dance and have a blast!

Created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in
Colombia during the 1990s, the program combines Latin and international
music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun.
